It may be possible for you to present the claim for free, directly with the Motor Insurance Bureau.

Criminal Injury Claims:

If you think you have a criminal injury claim, you do not have to use the services of a claims management company to pursue your claim. You can present the claim yourself, for free, directly to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).
